I’m really upset that the video thumbnail doesn’t do the video justice. Anyhow, these brothers brought out there really clean 2011 Mustang to run the autocross. I hardly ever see domestics rolling around on BBS CHR’s. so I was pleasantly surprised =)

My 2nd car: 1988 Ford Mustang. 302 V8 engine, aluminum heads, cobra intake, 5 speed manual stock transmission, 355 gears, offroad h-pipe exhaust, 2 chamber flowmasters, stock pistons. I don’t have all the details yet. Hopefully I can get them from the previous owner. Sorry if the camera is shaky as Flip Video camcorders tend to be shaky especially when inside this car. At 3:07, camera moves. I needed to slighty hold the gas pedal to keep it from shutting off. The car is a lot louder in person. The only way to hear it as close as to real life, a home theater system with a lot of bass or deep bassed headphones is recommended. Here are the things that need to be done so far: 1. Idle needs to be fixed. RPM keeps going higher as the car warms up and makes it difficult to properly rev some gas to shift into next gear without stalling it. (Update: We’ve discovered that the throttle spring is not exactly in proper position. When you push the spring back, idle stays normal. So my friend decided to lower the idle by adjusting the idle screw a little bit lower.) 2. Clutch pedal needs adjustment since the car starts to move when the clutch pedal is let go almost all the way out. (Update: On 2/18/12, the clutch pedal was adjusted. It took my friend about 3 to 4 times to get the engagement point right where it should be for normal driving. The car now begins to move when the clutch pedal is let about halfway out which feels a lot better now. We’re still finding out if the clutch is …
